Need help with Content Manager & SOL

Hello hello guys.
I I really need help to set up my Assetto Corsa video settings as well as the content manager and the Sol.
My my computer specs are good I have CPU Ryzen 5 3600, GPU is a Power color Red devil 8gb RX 580 and Rams are 16gb @3200. I'd like to have smooth nice looking AC. Any advise? Or any settings guide or files to get that nice looking?
Alo I have critical question about my monitor as it is 60hz refresh rate and it's 32" with 1080p resolution. Does this screen could affect smoothness I am looking to have?

Go to Nvidia control panel and globaly set vsync to "use the 3d application" (don't force it globally or game/AC)
Tripple buffer helps with vsync normally on, turn it off. Let CM do the work.

59.9 fps with 24 cars, no stutters/tears all set to max (I've been down this road long ago with global/AC, off in CM, on in control etc, etc.) HW is leaps ahead of my 27" 60hz panel.
EDIT: oh you dont have an Nvidia card Well still, let CM do the work in those settings for your card.
