Need help with my thrustmaster thh+ ebrake/shifter

Hello newer to the world of Sim racing and having troubles with my thh+ sparco shifter from thrustmaster. So I play on Xbox at the moment (don't have the $ for a good PC) and just got a new wheel the thrustmaster tx wheel with t8 shifter and thh+ ebrake. Was using it the first day and worked perfectly tried to use it today and the ebrake is not recognized by my Xbox. I made sure all my firmware is up to date hard reset my Xbox everything. Now if I directly plug the ebrake to my laptop it is recognized and seems to be working perfectly anyone else have similar issues any help would be great!
