need help with this (CM)

sooo i have a question and i need some help at this. so basically my whole game turns into a dark blue filter if I go into bonnet cam or first person. and if i turn off my CSP and start another lap and do the same things, it works all completely fine without my game turning into a weird dark blue filter. so any ideas to help? Do you use Sol or PURE? Enabling Sol's script in WeatherFX fixes these weird color shades for me.

im using the default settings might be sol then but i could change it later and check if that works for me.
