No one needs to upload it.

Are you running Assetto Corsa through Steam?
If so, just verify the integrity of your game cache and Steam will automatically re-download the file for you.

Nobody can share that file here for you if it is original game content. Distribution of copyright controlled and original game assets is not allowed.

If you have a modded version of the file you wish to keep, make a copy of your existing file to another location then verify your files in steam which will replace it with the Kunos original file. That will result in you having a copy of both files.
