this singapore trackupdate is converted from my F1 2014 singapore trackupdate. It looks a little bit different, but for me better. All tracks looking better on 2013.

Big Thanxs to Igearzone 16 that gaves me higher quality textures for singapore that i can modify. And for his amazing effects and modified lighting code that I can modify too. Sorry for my bad english.
