Paul Murphy submitted a new resource:

Nemuno Ziedas RainFx - An actual controllable RainFX config.

After discovering this amazing, interesting circuit by mantasisg, which graciously does include a wet skin, I thought it was a good idea to provide a RainFx config as an alternate mod to control the water level on the track surface, etc.

As usual, this config requires a paid version of Shaders Lights Patch from Ilja.

To install, please follow the instructions at the top of the file (open with Notepad or something similar).
