New AI sidelines + pitlane AI for Hero Sinoi Circuit - AI without crashing in the pitlane and in the pit wall at the race start

I've recorded new AI sidelines and pit_lane.ai for Hero Sinoi Circuit by Tiago Lima to prevent the AI cars from crashing in the pitlane and into the pit wall at the race start.
The original AI line for the fast_lane.ai is not changed.

Be aware, that the AI does not work very well with formula cars as the track is very bumpy and with cars with low steer lock angle as the hairpin of the long layout is very tight (same problem as with Monaco or Macau).
Use the track with slower street or cup...
