New large mige kit + R3E = No FFB or kerb affects

Just got setup yesterday. R3E gives me full on ffb and kerb ffb at 0-30mph yet virtually no ffb above 30mph.
Also when go over kerbs they drag me into the walls and steering stops working until I come to near stop.
Also. Rf2 having wheel pulsing issues at stop to low speeds.
Only game that got proper ffb and kerb rumble working is AMS but even that has other issues (auto gearchange problems on throttle)

Any ideas or help guys.
Large mige with 10k encoder.
Simucube with ioni pc hc and sdr 480 48 psu
HE Pro brake and Throttle pedals
Win 10 pc
