fixed AI fuel estimation and fuel tank location. fuel load shouldn't disturb car's balance very much.

Can you try again? I'm using WinRAR 5.31 64bit. I checked it, no problem here

when i ctrl +c ctrl +v archive in content manager it shows that archive doesnt have any content
should i try it via assetto root folder ...

Don't use content manager, install manually by unzipping it to for example
C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\
and don't forget delete/rename data.acd in each car folder
