New sim computer choice help

simce I started a thread in the other portion of this forum about building my dream rig setup... I figured I would dedicate one thread just to the computer section. A little background is I am semi computer smart but don’t feel comfortable building my own by hand. With that said I am building a sim that I want to be able to run VR and also the option to do triple screen at atleast 1080. I will also like to run but kickers as well... I don’t want to eat up the entire sim budget with the computer and would like to keep the computer in the 2500-3000 max range... can anyone give me a good plate form that I could run most racing platforms on with decent graphics and no lag... I understand their is slot of information out there but the more I read the more I get confused.. any help or export eve would greatly be appreciated
