New Thrustmaster Drivers [Package 2022_TTRS_2] + Firmware

The problem with losing ffb in Gtr2 is not cleared with this driver for T300 RS. Back to 2021 -1 driver, but without changing the firmware, they stay now in V34.
All is ok so.
