New Vr user need help please

gtx 1070 card and lots of shimmering and Aliasing. How do I fix this, I’m using Samsung’s new odyssey headset. I have aa turned up on full, I went into Nvidia Control panel and turned on mfaa. SS in game set to 2.0 I’m just lost as to what to do ??

There's also a link to another thread within the link above, the info is for Oculus, but Im sure it should work for most VR headsets.
