F1 2014 Newbie Modder for f1 2014.

Hello Everyone I'm a Newbie modder here for f1 2014, and having troubles extracting files from pssg editor to gimp in order to edit, can anyone put out some pointers or tutorial in extracting and importing files, it would be of big help in f1 2014 community.

If you are able to change the forum category, try changing to
Forum -> F1 20xx - The Game Series -> F1 20xx Mods

If not a moderator may be able to do so. You will likely be able to find more help there as this thread is particularly for real life F1.
