Newbie to online racing Race07

Hi

I am looking to get into online racing with Race07 but I am a bit clueless looking for a step by step guide. I have been into racing games for years with consoles GT/Forza, found Insidesimracing a while back now I'm hooked.
At present using Windows XP with Race07 with GT EVO pack and loving it, would like to get into rookie league to try out. I have done some online play but not happy with the wreckers any advice will helpful.

What DLC do I need, how to join races, what mods how to setup that kind of thing Just need the basics my son is a PC gamer so will get me up and running soon.

You can start off by joining in on some Club Races here

Then as your experience grows and you feel confident enough to run with the "Big Guns" you can join here.

As for expansion packs you might want to get yourself STCC ,STCC 2 and the Retro Pack for they get used here on races and as for DLC's they are posted as links for downloading on Club Racing announcement posts.

Get a Racing Club licence and Join us this this Tuesday for a GT Club race or this Thursday for a WTCC one.

Speed is not important, following the rules will bring you much pleasure!
