Is there any differance in specification 2014 against 2015?If not i thing we pay only for new textures

No massive difference, aside from the obvious developments the teams have made to their cars and Lada replacing the old model with the new Vesta.

It'll still be well worth whatever they charge, I'm pretty sure *

Since, all you need to do is choose and buy only one car, like IRL, it is very accessible and easy to participate and compete in the WTCC 2015.
