Next Level Motion Simulator V3 issues

Hi
Im constantly getting cooling malfunction error,please inspect all fans and also speed fans to low.

These errors flash up constantly.The motion seems to work fine in games and i have inspected the fans and they are all running fine.

Anyone help before i take it up with Support?

I've had mine for coming up on 3 years and have never seen anything like that. I've also not seen anything on this forum from anyone mentioning this issue.
