Next Level Motion v3 + traction plus Settings

Hey everyone,

I'm new to simracing and have a question about the platform settings, maybe someone knows.
standard settings were ok so far, but whenever i crashed (especially in dirt rally 2.0) the intensity was way too high.
where can I set something in the software so that I am not thrown out of my seat?
due to the fact that my english is not super awesome, i don't really know what all the settings say. Especially the post-processing stuff.

I hope someone can help me.
