NFS4 - Kindiak Park - Conversion of NFS4 track Kindiak Park

TODO:
Fix traffic signs; dupe faces, flip normals.
Add AI: I'd appreciate someone did this.

Should be optimized in terms of spliting it into sectors but it's tiny track and runs fine as it is.

I hope these conversions are ok to upload, I got a few more I'd like to upload.
