Nico Hulkenberg

Given Sauber's obvious chassis improvements...coupled with the financial injection from Russian interest, Nico might do well to stay for another year.

Again an ace result in the USGP qualifying. How much longer can this guy be ignored by the real top teams? What more does he need to show?

Remember as well that he's a big guy.
With how advanced most teams will be in the designing & building of their 2014 cars, he'll be a big lump to try and squeeze in, to both the car and the weight limit.

And we still don't know if there was a fatal crash in F1 in 2014 or not.
We've had 3 fatal crashes in the last 30 years in both F1 and Le Mans, so I don't the issue there.

However - it seems like Bernie and CVC is shitting their pants. Moving the Chinese GP to clash with WEC at Silverstone, and then putting in Korea as the 21st GP of 2015, making it clash with WEC at Spa - the race Hülkenberg was supposed to do as a 'race-test' before Le Mans (and it is rumoured that Alonso will do as well).
