GT5 Nissan GT-R GT 500 stealth model

I know it was a free d/l that ended in January (didn't have the game), but is there anyway that I can buy this via DLC?
I have all of the Super GT 500 & 300 cars except for this one.

Can it be gifted or traded? If so I am willing to trade anything except my very rare Clio Racing Sport Trophy car (or what ever its called).

No, there's no way to trade / buy it and you can't redeem a code anymore either from what I know.
