If your NLRv3 Motion Platform is no longer working with Forza 4 horizons or Forza 7, you'll need to uninstall geforce experience. Nvidia's web helper which is part of geforce experience uses port 127.0.0.1:10020 which is also used by the Motion Platform software. Nvidia's geforce experience is now officially bloatware.
