No authorization for the marketplace

what do I have to fulfill to be able to post something in the marketplace? Currently I do not seem to have a release yet.

To post a classified add in the marketplace forum requires a premium membership which you can purchase via this link

After the upgrade you are able to start a thread to sell your second hand product and easily sell it to other members of this community.

No worries, it's a good question and maybe i'll post a sticky in that forum to explain if better if more people overlook it.
