No collision detection in private MP

Hey all,

I run a private server on my PC through the GUI utility for a monthly race for around 10 of my friends. We've done this around 5 times now with various tracks and cars.

Oddly at our last race at the RBR, the cars seems to be able to drive through each other with no collisions being detected. There were collisions later in the race but it seemed like always after the first lap (not 100% on this).

Is this setting in the game or server setup? Anyone else experience this?
