No Custom Skins displayed in Windows 7 64-bit

I just got a new PC running Windows 7 64-bit. After installing Race and the MMG F1 07 mod, and the Formula Pro skins, the game does not detect any of the custom skins for the mod. The skins are in My Documents/SimBin/Race 07/CustomSkins/PrestoGP FPro/... Can anyone help me get my skins back?

try the path Libraries/documents/simdin. for some reason W7 has a "Documents" folder and a "My Documents" folder and they don`t always have the same content pffffffffffffffff

Tried that as well as putting it in Public Documents, and neither has helped. I also tried making the directories shared, and that also did not help. Any other thoughts?

where did Race create their SimBin Folder? As in the one where your user data is...
