I'm not sure whats wrong, but the car sounds are absent.

I've put all of the folders in the correct spot (I hope). Basically, the download has folders titled Team, Talent, and Sounds. I put those in their respective folders in the Race 07 directory, but still didn't work. Any help?
Edit: I have no car sounds at all with any mod I have tried. I have tried three separate mods and have no clue what I'm doing wrong. All have resulted in the same thing. Oh, and if this gives away the issue, when I select a series, the logos don't show up.
