PC2 No ffb since reinstall of PCARS2

I had to reinstall windows 10pro recently.
After reinstalling Pcars2, I have zero ffb. I have deleted the custom ffb file and replaced with several peoples custom file. I have tried all the options, raw, immersive, etc. No ffb

I am running OSW DD wheel with simucube drivers.
ANy help would be appreciated
