It worked fine in the previous 1.5.5 - 1.6.2 and now it doesn't work. I have updated my CSP to 0.1.68 and it works fine except for the weather.

RainFX is not a part of Sol. Old rain was removed from CSP from around 0.1.63. If you want the new rain either become a Patreon of Ilja's and beta test like everyone else, wait for the public release, or revert back to a previous version of CSP.
