No rules monaco with AI - I changed the F1 code so the AI ignore all rules

• to install this mod place the 2023_asset_groups in the F1 23 folder that is located in the steamapps folder.

If you want to use this mod in a video please give my youtube channel "Lando Joris" a shout out.

• turn off damage and rules to avoid cornercutting penalty's and disqualifications.
