No shifting in online mode

I've picked up a weird but very annoying bug today. When entering online servers in AC I have no gear shifting. The shifting works offline and all the other controls work online. Does Anyone have any ideas what might be going on?

Some extra info:
I'm using Content Manager but the same is happening using the game directly
I've tried several servers
The shifters map correctly in CM and in the game directly
The steering wheel and base are fanatec CLS elite with the mclaren wheel - all latest drivers
I've tried rebooting
I've tired setting it to auto shifting and no luck there either

The shifter settings from my controls file are:

Update for internet user from the future with this problem: it turns out it was the RD servers being stuck in overtime rather than my machine.

Glad you figured it out. I still have no clue what can cause an AC dedi to get stuck in overtime like this. As far as I'm aware, it isn't a config error, since it isn't happening all of the time.
