no sound in any car

ayo.
today ive tried to replace soundsof some cars by other sounds using CM and after some time of playing all engine sounds from the entire game disappeared, but i didnt do anything, just changed the track. how can i fix that or can i even fix that?

Perhaps go into steam and have all your files verified.
