No Tyre Wear/No Fuel Usage/Unlimited ERS - I lapped the entire field 5+ times in 100% distance race on 110 AI

With this mod you get a car with no tyre wear, no fuel usage, only 1 kg of fuel so you have incredible race pace. 4x powerful ERS with instant recharge under braking and basically unlimited deployment and harvest. Using the Standard setting gets the most performance in order to keep the user quicker than the AI teammate. For a more realistic pace use the Overtake setting. Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > F1 2019 > 2019_asset_groups > f1_2019_vehicle_package > teams. then choose whatever team you want the file to go to. If it is Mercedes you have to go and add the undated file to every team as Mercedes has a file on every team for some reason. Choose a team, open the wep, choose the ERP file, click the XML files tab, then click the team you want and click XML files at the top and choose "Import" and choose the file you downloaded.
