No visual damage/...

Hi everyone, ive been playing AC for a few months now and never had any problems with mods and overall game untill now, today without any changes i simply stoped having visual damage in cars i still have mechanical but not visual.
I started by uninstalling the game and installing again but still the same.
dont know what to do...has this happen to anyone before i really dont know what to do.
