NOLA Motorsports park issue

So i downloaded NOLA motorsports park and i remember in the past a issue with it and how to fix it. but i cant seem to find it on the internet. can anybody help me?

Edit: it says error opening mas file sky.mas ........

and renaming it skyT.mas dont work

do i need to edit the track .scn file??? can anybody shed any light on to getting this track working?
