Is there a non steam version of fr2? is it feasable to run on standard computer?

No, there is not. Years ago, there was a non-Steam version, released by ISI, that could be purchased from their own store, but currently the Steam version is the only version you can buy. That said, this version does allow you to drive whilst you are off-line if that is the reason for asking.

no. I have the full steam verson but it takes forever to load. I thought I could get a smaller ,faster loading version if avilable.
