Noob need help with installing mod please !

trying to install force feedback clip. I have no idea how to do this I’ve watched links YouTube and no matter what I do the ffb clip is not showing up in game. It’s on my desktop in the winrar thing but I don’t know where or how to do it from there please help !!!

I wanted to add that it won’t unpack or unzip or whatever it’s supposed to do I have no clue what I’m doing should be easy but it’s not for me

Get 7zip - https://www.7-zip.org/
Then rightclick the packed file and unzip it.
