F1 2010 Noob question I think....

Right so I can quick change tyres, wings, engine map settings etc

But what I cannot do during a race is change my actual car setup, forexample if I use a custom dry setup and it rains I cannot seem to change to my wet setup, is this how its designed to use a more adaptive setup if there is chance of rain or is there a way I have missed?

No you can only change your car setup in the garage before the race

That is correct. In the real world they cannot change their setup once it is set for the race. About the only thing they can change is the front wing and tires, that is unless the Chief Stewart makes the call based on changing weather conditions to allow a wet setup prior to the race. That is way it is always a good idea to check the weather prior to each event. What I have done when there is a high chance of rain during the race I set the Average Setup, which work in either condition.

Funnily enough my dry setups work pretty good with cruise set, although the gears need tweaking.
