That's not the 3080 though its the 3090.
Personally I think the 3080 is going to be a far more sensible and interesting card by comparison in terms of a price and performance upgrade over the 2080ti especially if it's $400 cheaper as well as being 40% faster if that's true.
I read somewhere that the new 3070 at $600 will be comparable to the existing 2080TI. Sounds good to me.
