Oculus 2 - starting behind car floating in a strange circle

So first I tried to start AC with the LAC track and I am just floating in the middle of the hills - no road in sight. Then I tried Nuerbring (sp) and I am floating about 20 ft behind my car with a strange circle and markings behind me.

How do I get this to start normally with me behind the wheel?

Either enable PP Filter (which is the best option) or disable 'Origin Shift' in CSP Graphics Adjustments. It's a known fault.

Thank you so much - quick question - in content manager I see "override default pp filter in vr" -is this what you mean or is it something else?

PP filter here, makes the game better looking (depending on filter ha) and without it things like brake lights are very hard to make out.
