Oculus rift audio Mirroring issue

This is something I cannot seem to figure out.....
I have my device set on "both" in order to hear my speakers and my rift headphones.
Everything works fine except for the spotter app. It only appears on my speakers on not my headphones.
Does anyone else experience this and is there a fix?

change the default sound device to the rift in windows or you can do this ingame in the app list on the right hand side.
