(Offline)Driver race talk... quick races

Hi
New to the game and enjoying it greatly, I just wondered as I thought in some youtube clips I have heard this.
What I am talking about is the chat ( voice not text) from the pits (or wherever!) saying " keep pushing, car overtaking on the right, good overtake" etc.
I would sometimes like to hear this in a race for added immersion but am unsure if this is possible in a quick race ( im not refering to the career mode).Maybe I have overlooked a setting or just seen what looks like a quick race on youtube and its been dubbed on or something.
Any advice would be welcome...thanks.

I reckon that's likely to be the Crew Chief app or a similar spotter app. I don't have one, cos I use the Helicorsa "radar" app instead, but some people love spotters.

I have downloaded the latest v4 and have it up and running.
It does what it says on the tin! I am now hearing voices in my quick races......(or is that my mental paranoia at not being fast enough?), anyhow thanks for the info cheers.
