On D License and says i'm ready for promotion...

But i'm still not able to get C races?
If i am ready for promotion why not promote me? or am i missing something?

Ready for promotion means you will get promoted at the end of the season. This means your Safety Rating is above 3.0 and you have 4 races or time trials in D class races.

To get promoted immediately (Fast Track), you need to get your Safety Rating above 4.0.
