On or Off?

When you leave home for work and no one is home all day, do you switch all your stuff off at the wall or leave it on stand by. I always worry having it on might burn the house down. Discuss cheers

I'm not joking now, but my PC has been on for like 3 months now :x3:
I only shut down the monitor, when it's time to sleep.
All my guitar pedals and stuff, has been on for like... A year?

What about your tv skybox etc?

Well, since there is barely anything to watch on TV anymore, I canceled the TV license many years ago.
It's not even plugged into the wall or the antenna. I may, on a very rare occasion plug it in to watch a DVD, or to play on my PS2 or N64 :D

I just worry about my house burning down but most people I know leave everything on standby.

Well, hard to choose for myself. It really depends on what it is ... But most if I turn on the computer in the morning it will be on for the whole day. :roflmao:
