I was watching a Rally video and it struck me exactly how Dirt Rally could add a bit of realism pretty easily

Go to 2:05 min in and turn up the volume and start listening.
They could make this an option or a setting you could dial up or down based on how you were driving.

What do you think?

So something like my old Garmin where we download different voices to tell us directions?

I had a friend send me a voice called California Dude, and he would say things like "Go Left Man", and if it has to recalculate, "Woah Dude!! {Strong inhaling sound}"

You could make a game mod where people could add their own voices.
