Is there ANY app that can be integrated into AC online servers that punish dirty driving or 'purposeful' contact? i know that its probably impossible because how can a pc ascertain what was 'purposeful' or malicious contact..but just putting it out there...i'm sick of putting in driver reports , only to never hear about them again!

Not that i know of. The server only registers collisions for both cars so you could make it so someone gets kicked after a certain amount of collisions or hits x amount of cars per km... That's why we have organised AC racing clubs on here that are very popular
