F1 2017 Opposition Car Draw Distance

I've noticed driving down long straights, the AI cars pop in as you get close to the braking zone. Does anyone know how to increase the draw distance of AI cars?

yes I've noticed it. its quite annoying to see a car on your map and not in front until you get closer. ill try to post some screenshots here of it later when i see it again.
