Option to manually start car

Option to manually start car, and therefore also engine cut out possibilitiy. Always wondered why AC doesnt support this feature. Starting with a button box for example would be so nice.

My guess is that this will become an option since it was in ACC. It was so satisfying to flip ignition switch on, fuel pump on, and then push the starter button.

As a fan of casual riding in AC with road legal cars, it would be so much fun and interesting to manually start cars with ignition sounds in AC2.
