Options for pedal-only mounting (preferably non-DIY)

Are there any good solutions (preferably non-DIY ones) for mounting just pedals, without a wheel stand etc?

I currently desk mount my CSL Elite. My pedals, which are the standard non-loadcell version, are unmounted with a massive set of weights behind them to hold them in place.

I'd really like to find a better solution

a) Because they still shift around a little during race
b) I'd like to upgrade to load cell pedals in future

I don't really want to get a cockpit / wheel stand (I don't have the space). Ideas gratefully received.

Can you drill holes in your floor? If not you could make a base out of something like OSB/chipboard, if it's big enough and or could be put under things. IE: Put it under you desk and the feet of the desk will rest on it weighing it down, then fix into that board.
I haven't heard of a solution that's just for pedals, usually it's a mount for pedals and wheel. Even if you got a bare bones half rig and just removed the wheel stand part I don't think you'd be much better off, the pedals need to be fixed to something.

Yeah, this seems like the simplest solution. I can't drill holes into the floor, but I can drill into something else. Guess I'll have to get my tools out.
