BACKUP FIRST !!!!!!!!

Use latest Ego ERP Archiver to import both files

Did you open dds-files before or is this the firts time?
I downloaded my own helmet and I can open dds-files without any problems.

Did you have installed Intel plugin in Photoshop.

Hello, first time. and no i didnt have the plugin but i have DXTBmp which can open DDS files every other helmet of yours works fine just not this one

Sorry but I can not help you. I can just open both dds files and I have not received any other complaints.
