F1 2010 Other drivers during career

I have one question: I´m now in my second saison and there is no change concerning the drivers. There are the same drivers as 2010 - and all are in the same teams than the year before. So, is there anyway a change in career in 7 years or are the drivers always the same drivers in the same teams. For example it would be nice, if Paul di Resta or another up-and-coming talent drive in Formula 1. Maybe someone can tell from his own experience about some years in career.
