Pacenote Plugin installation help

Hi folks, here's a question from a not very tech savvy person

Can someone give me a step by step guide on how to install this Plugin? Downloaded but can't seem to get it installed, would prefer to start back from scratch with the help of someone whos already added the Plugin.

Big thanks to whoever can help! I do a far better job reading pacenotes in real life than working with computers
